Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high-demand periods (such as Legacy Drops), please allow up to 7 business days.

Shipping Rates & Times:

• Standard (U.S.): 3–7 business days
• Express (U.S.): 1–3 business days
• International: 7–14 business days (customs may delay)

Tracking:

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped. If you haven’t received it within 5 days of ordering, contact: support@loscityrico.com.

Shipping Partners:

We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on destination and order type.

Customs & Duties:

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes upon delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Los City Rico is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. Please file a claim with the carrier if this occurs.
